Abstract (EN)
topoisomerase I inhibitor Camptothecin was loaded on magnetic AuFe nanoparticles which synthesized by microemulsion method. Targeted drug delivery using external magnetic field enhances the chemotherapeutic potential of Camptothecin. Thus, effect of Camptothecin on healthy tissues may be prevented during therapy.
