Abstract (EN)
For decades, men have used robots to overcome their natural limitation intheir dealing with the environment. In recent years, robots have beendeveloped to assist surgeons in performing surgeries. Since these robots aremeant for surgeons? use, the design and considerations for safety, reliabilityand human-robot interface become important. Surgical robots made a greatsuccess in this respect. This thesis explores daVinci operational robot which isthe most developt sample in the master-slave robotic system in surgery, and thedevelopment of this robot in future.Science Code : 702.3.006Key Words : Robotic Surgery, The daVinci Sugery Robot, MinimallyInvasive Surgery (MIS), Medical Robots, 3 DimensionUltrason Stereo Viewing (3DUS), Tele-Robotic SurgeryPage Number : 149Adviser : Prof. Dr. İnan GÜLER
