Şer'iyye registers are considered as the most importantresources Ottoman history.Because records are a highly rich database for Ottoman history.As it well known the şeriyye sicils include the registraions of the şeri law court which were recorded by the ''kadı'' who had very important role within Ottoman govermantal system in the Ottoman society. Gaziantep Court Records(Number 35) which we selected as the subject of study include the court trials the years H.1094-1095 M.1682-1683.
