Abstract (EN)

The growing awareness of the environmental impacts of energy consumption and carbon emissions has significantly increased interest in sustainable energy solutions. In this context, transcritical heat pumps have gained prominence in line with the goals of improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. However, real-time monitoring of these systems and presenting performance data in a user-friendly manner is of great importance. In this study, the performance of a transcritical heat pump was monitored and analyzed using IoT technologies. Data were collected from Raspberry Pi and Arduino modules; the Arduino was programmed using the C programming language, and an object-oriented software application was developed using Lazarus on Raspberry Pi. The collected data were stored in a MySQL database, and two different user interfaces were designed to ensure real-time access to this data: a local graphical interface developed with Lazarus and a web-based application created using PHP, JavaScript, and HTML. In this way, users were able to access the data both through local software and via any web browser. This approach enables accurate analysis of performance data to enhance energy savings and improve the operational efficiency of devices. The results of this study are expected to make valuable contributions to the literature and practical applications in the fields of energy management and performance monitoring.
