Abstract (EN)
Today, the needs are increasing with the developing technology. The importance of keeping up with this change is known to meet constantly changing and developing needs, gain competitive advantage, increase market share and ensure its sustainability. This study, starting from the first stage of the new product development process in a textile company, intends to manage an effective innovation process in a new framework with the integration of QFD, TRIZ, and FMEA. One of the most important points contributing to the effective management of the innovation process is the analysis of customers' needs / demands accurately. With this study, customer needs are determined and the innovation process is followed from the design stage to the final, and the risks that may occur are minimized by providing early detection for a particular product. Thus, competitive advantage is achieved through effective innovation process management. It is aimed to solve the risks determined as a result of the study, starting with the prioritization of the risk with the highest risk score and the creation of action plans for all the identified risks, and thus to achieve prosperous innovation management.
