The effects of Troian War and Laocoon mythos on the European painting art: The applications on Laocoon mythos

Troia myths, irreversibly affecting the European culture for centuries have created the link between fantasy and real by pictures. Since the ancient times, the works of art and artisanship have made it possible for societies to adopt the myths in question with a way of displaying the pagan world -created with gods and heroes- visually. Laocoon mythos entreated to Aenis epos by Vergilius and to Laocoon painting by El Greco affected the works of application.
