Burnout syndrome and effect to the job satisfaction

Burnout syndrome to interact with people because of jobs in occupations that are more although nowadays most commonly is a concept known by everyone. Health care providers are the most important professions experiencing renunciation drained man. That's because I'm heathcare worker myself working in this sector, at least around me or tell about it to employees in the isntitution, is to help in the fight. This thesis study of burnout and job satisfaction the effect emphasized. At the beginning of the Burnout Syndrome Research and job satisfaction has been made in this regard in terms of the concepts of research are provided. Burnout Syndrome's effects are emphasized on person, life, family life and the effects caused by other effects. Burnout Syndrome in ways with both personal methods and methods of struggle has been opened at the level of the organization.İn the final part of the study Burnout Syndrome's effects to the study job satisfaction is described.
