Abstract (EN)
Burnout syndrome, with many factors at work that prevents the printing elements of the individual's working life means. Syndrome factors can be individual, organizational and environmental. A number of problems about business life can affect to employees' family lives and their environment or the problems about the family and the environment can affect to the business life, on the contrary. This along with the stress and pressure of the multi-dimensional structure in the form of burnout how experienced by the individual, which is exposed to the influencers, which turned out to be effective needs to be put more on burnout. While there are a variety of theories about burnout, Maslach Burnout Theory and burnout studies are very important. 112 Emergency Call Center employees, and in the context of the study of the level of burnout proposed by Maslach burnout in theory and research findings are provided in conjunction with the criteria and their scores are analyzed by means of. Survey technique was applied in the data collection technique. Theoretical foundations integrated the findings of a survey study.
