The functioningof consumer arbitration commitees and the procedure for evaluating applications

In this study, the purpose was determined to evaluate how evidence is used in consumer arbitration committees. Although this is the main purpose, consumer law and consumer arbitration committees are also mentioned for a better understanding of the subject. In line with this determined purpose, previous studies included in the literature on the subject have been reviewed. As a result of the literature review conducted, information and titles related to the subject were included in the study. In this study, which examines the functioning of consumer arbitration committees and the evaluation of applications made to consumer arbitration committees, it has been determined how evidence is evaluated in consumer arbitration committees. How all these examinations are processed in consumer arbitration committees is explained in detail in the study. This study is important in terms of evaluating how applications are examined in consumer arbitration committees, contributing to the literature due to the limited number of studies on consumer arbitration committees and how applications are evaluated in consumer arbitration committees, and setting an example for studies to be carried out on the subject in the future.
