Abstract (EN)
In this study, consumer scepticism and brand distrust concepts were considered and relationships between these concepts were investigated by means of some online shopping sites in Turkey. While the noted concepts are understood to be very rarely analysed in the literature, the mentioned relationships are pointed to be almost never research subjects in our Country. According to the results reached, scepticism is divided into two dimensions, but brand distrust becomes one dimension. Along with this, the two concepts are related to each other and dimensions of consumer scepticism affect brand distrust both distinctively and totally.
