Abstract (EN)
The construction industry contains various risks in terms of occupational health and safety. Especially the risks at the mold stage are of vital importance. In the construction processes of large-scale residences, there are generally tunnel formwork and wood formwork applications. In this study, Tunnel formwork and Conventional formwork applications in large-scale residential construction sites in Elazig province were examined and a comparison of the two formwork systems was made. All sources of danger to which tunnel formwork and wood formwork crews may be exposed have been identified. Fine-Kinney risk analysis was performed for the identified hazards, and precautions and recommendations for keeping possible risks under control were specified. It has been observed that the completion time of large-scale constructions is quite short, causing many production items to start working at the same time, and the works in the construction process to be done faster than they should be. It has been determined that the rapid progress of work processes causes a change in the frequency of exposure of mold teams to danger in their work areas, therefore it is important to take into account the frequency value in risk assessment processes, as it is the distinguishing variable in determining the level of prevention of risk.s
