Abstract (EN)
The aim of this investigation is to determine the level of the students? coming across to mobbing in their training period who take tourism education and to analyse whether there is a difference between mobbing behaviour in dimensions.Within this scope a survey that is made up of three parts : demografic features, mobbing behaviours and the desire of working was carried out. From the city, Ankara, high school, associate degree, bachelor's degree students who take the education of tourism join the survey. In order to determine the perception of mobbing of these students bivariant independent sample (gender) t test and for multivariate independent samples such as age, level of education, the training departmant, training time Anova test were implemented.Findings show that the mobbing behaviour that the students come across in training period who takes torism education shows significant difference in genders in four dimension. In addition to this there is a difference between mobbing behaviour dimensions and age, level of education, the training departmant and training time. It is confirmed that after finishing their educations the students? desire to work in tourism sector is low and in the lights of these findings some suggestions are offered.
