Abstract (EN)

In this study, negligence and it's principles are studied. This documentation explains the historical trains in the world and in our country about the negligent activities to commit the crime on a large scale. In this thesis, "culpable" activities in dealing with the Turkish Penal Code with diversity and offences traded with intent are documented. Also, types of prospective intention and direct intention and related concepts have been mentioned. All of these concepts dwelled in detail on how they relate to each other. Also, in this regard, judicial decisions are explored. The elements and definition issues of negligence are dealed with details. The types of negligence by means of including some cases relating to negligence are tried to be dealed in all its parts. Also describes the "negligent" activities to the offense in each of these cases. Keywords: Simple Negligence, Deliberate Negligence, Direct Intention, Prospective Intention, The Turkish Criminal Law. Diese Dokumentation erläutert die geschichtlichen Züge in der Welt und in unserem Land über die fahrlässigen Tätigkeiten zum Straftat im grossen Umfang. In dieser These werden "schuldhafte" Tätigkeiten im Umgang mit dem türkischen Strafrecht mit Vielfältigkeit und die auch mit Absicht gehandelten Straftaten dokumentiert. Außerdem die "fahrlässige" Tätigkeit zum Straftat wird in einzelnen Fällen in der These beschrieben. Stichwörter: Fahrlässigkeit (einfacher Fahrlässigkeit und bewusste Fahrlässigkeit), direkter Vorsatz, prospektive Absicht, das türkische Strafrecht.
