Özet (EN)
The Turkish language differs from other languages in that it reveals the contrast of meaning, function and the corresponding pronunciation elements in a traceable process. In order to understand the Turkish language, it is necessary to have knowledge of morphophonetic morphophonemic contrast and other means that shape this contrast. Otherwise, analyzes that are not based on concrete data will be insufficient to clearly determine the meanings of words and suffixes. As a matter of fact, this current inadequacy causes many different grammar issues to remain controversial, in addition to the confusion of meaning and function elements, and thus causes considerable difficulties in the teaching process. Perceiving morphophonetic differences as functional differences and ignoring unpronounced elements are among the reasons for this inadequacy. In this study, after discussing how the term contrast is handled in language studies and how it should actually be handled, the subject of morphophonetic morphophonemic contrast and the equivalents framed by this contrast are touched upon. Subsequently, the subject has been tried to be concretized with sample suffixes in different dialects. Sample suffixations were selected from texts that can represent the meaning, function and the contrast between the pronunciation elements that correspond to them in different ways. The sample analyzes given reveal the fact that, as a result of the changing morphophonetic and unchanging morphophonemic rules, the differences between the dialects of the Turkish language arise only from shape differences and that the morphophonetic sequence is shaped depending on the morphophonemic sequence. In this respect, it is concluded that any function cannot be evaluated by labeling it to any shape.
