Özet (EN)

The first civilizations in history on the right of private ownership of movable and immovable property to the present day there has been a variety of contexts. Today the authority as a right of property protected by the Constitution states taken as a human right in international human rights instruments, such as has found its place. Examples of wide application in our country, the "expropriation" and "expropriation Hand Throw" from the transmitter features a direct implementation of the theoretical conditions for evaluating the high courts with the decisions on these issues in a large study has found.The first part of this study is composed of three parts, the historical development of the concept of property, expropriation, and the third section, second section of the Turkish law's hand to the expropriation of privately owned estates, the European Court of Human Rights tried to address this issue by transferring the decisions taken.
