The possessory and consequences of culture and nature assets in Turkish law

While our country inhold a lot of cultural and natural properties because of its historical and cultural past, the government has plenty of obligations to preserve and transfer to the next generations these properties. As these obligations being applied also there are responsibilities for private individuals also the possesion and ownership righs whom has these kind of properties can be restricted. Especially after the changes that have been made on 2683.law the new legal arrangements trying to prevent confusion and the loss of rights. Because a person who has a cultural and natural property long time when conditions are met could allegate possession rights but after the legal arrangements restrictions have come to preserve cultural and natural porperties. In our thesis work we dwell on this problem, opine and consider about the current situation and the possible solutions are enough or not after the new legal arrangements.
