Abstract (EN)
As in all areas, technological developments have profoundly affected working life. Thanks to information and communication technologies, flexible working models have begun to be applied, as well as classic working models based on work performance, which are mostly performed in the workplace. Teleworking, which is the subject of our work, has caused a serious liberation in the conditions of space and time by means of technological possibilities. The main elements of the contract are business organization, distance and use of technology. In addition, the elements of volunteerism, regularity and continuity were emphasized in the European Framework Agreement on telework on this issue. Especially with the coronavirus-19 pandemic, teleworking has reached an important point in business life with the change of life conditions. The emergence of this working model in the process, its elements, and the evaluation of the basic principles on which it is based will constitute the first step in the study of telehealth. Regulation and implementation of a Tele-work contract is the second step in examining the legal nature of the contract and the debts of the parties to the contract. In the last part of our study, Occupational Health and safety practices to be carried out within the scope of tele-work will be discussed. In the name of daily capture of our work, studies and research written within the framework of different disciplines on teleworking have been used by the provisions of the laws and regulations in force and the decisions of national and international judicial authorities.
