Abstract (EN)

Syrians who entering under the İslamic rule, succeed on the break the Byzantine pressure, forced to live under the political comlex situation between the the XII. and XVI. centuries. By the way the Crusades at the begining of the XII. Century and the Mongol invades in the XIII. Century had made negative effect on Syriac population. But especially under the era of Seljuks and the next period Ottoman rules Syriacs are in the closer and friendly relations with Turks. The period we examine is an important era of the Syriac population political, economic and cultural facts.
