Abstract (EN)

Today, the basis of relationship between the patient and the physician is the medical interventions. The intervention of the person who will be exposed to intervention in order to be able to perform the medical intervention is of great importance. With medical intervention, one of the most important personality values of a person is violation of life, body integrity and health, sometimes causing deterrent power loss. Consent for medical interventions likely to infringe on the right of personality is the most important condition for the intervention to be carried out in accordance with the law, In order to be able to make medical intervention lawful, it is necessarry to present the incident as valid. The validity conditions of the claim were examined in the context of content and form, particularly with respect to the smallness and limitations of discrimination power, and also because the conditions for recieving the claim differ in terms of medical interventions with special qualities.
