Turkish Parlamentary Law

In this study first of all, the internal structure and working order of The Grand National Assembly of Turkey has been examined. Current issues in Turkish Parliamentary Law have been tried to illustrate. Then, certain solutions have been suggested for those issues. In this context, the importance and the meaning of the parliament has been analysed. Then, the development and sources of The Turkish Parliament Law have been discussed. Following that, the basic concepts and fundemantal institutions of The Grand National Assembly of Turkey have been determined. Legislation and law-making process are also included in this study. Finally, the forms of inspection of The Grand National Assembly of Turkey on the government and the effectiveness of these forms have been endeavour to analyse.
