Özet (EN)
General-purpose dictionaries, by their nature, clearly present the vocabulary of the period in which they were published and with each new edition that is updated and reprinted, new lexical morphemes are naturally added, there are meanings added to or subtracted from already existing lexical morphemes. This situation parallels the use of the vocabulary of the language in question by the society. And of course, a language borrows words from other languages with which it is associated and they are included in the dictionaries of that language. In this study, it has been accepted that French has a dominant influence on Turkish in a certain period and the French is generally the influencer, not the affected party. The appearance and existence of the lexicographic units, which are shown in French as the transmitting language in the Türkçe Sözlük, in Kamus-ı Türkî are revealed.
