Abstract (EN)

Diseases affecting societies such as disasters and wars that occur around the world reveal the need for health services. Each unit that provides health services is an inseparable part connected to each other. One of the most important of these units is undoubtedly the pre-hospital emergency health services. Studies show that reaching the sick or injured before the hospital, making a diagnosis quickly and putting the treatment steps into action is extremely critical on survival. The increase in the quality of the health service provided before the hospital goes through the right teamwork. A correct teamwork eliminates the stress and pressure on health personnel, enables them to take a more accurate and more professional approach, and contributes to the shortening of the hospitalization times of the patients and the injured, and to the safe patient care, while the job satisfaction of the employees increases. The reliability coefficient of the class scale type was found to be 0.79. The reliability coefficient of the aforementioned questionnaire form questions was determined as 0.46. As a result of the analysis, the relationship between teamwork attitude and job satisfaction was tried to be examined in detail. Some points of the analysis were evaluated by combining disciplines and some points one by one. As a result, in the light of the data obtained, a significant relationship was found between teamwork and job satisfaction at some points, while at some points sufficient data could not be reached to create a meaningful relationship.
