The positivistic qualities of data are taken to the comprehensive of investigation. These data were obtained by searchings in the internet and by the passing through the printed sources. The chemistry curriculum was commented according to the higher enumerated problems. According to the investigation results; There are similarities and differences between targets of Secondary Class of Chemistry curriculum of Azerbaijan which is important to educate the chemists lives that have contributed to chemistry science and developing industry. In Turkish Education System ?Science and Technology? teachers? not being a branch teacher creates difficulties for both teacher and student. Given time on chemistry lessons in the 7 and 8 classes is very short that it causes another problem. In Azerbaijan Education System after the summer holidays, first two weeks at the school are spent with repetition at the most important themes that are educated in lower classes. In both education systems it is founded that there are similarities on educated materials related to chemistry. In Turkish Education System, the number of exams are applied in one day in a class sometimes becomes 2 or 3 which effect the success of the student. In both countries, student?s success is appreciated with 5 mark order, however it is set that in Turkish Education System mark 2 is on pass, but in Azerbaijan Education System mark 2 is not on pass. This situation presents that the levels among studens are not sufficiently distinguishable. In Turkish Education System 7 and 8 classes are taught 21 hour of chemistry totally.n Azerbaijan Education System in 8 class given time to chemistry is 102 hour ( with elective lessons it is 136 hour total ). Also,it is founded that in Azerbaijan Education System in ?Fen Bilgileri Alanı? taught chemistry lessons excess 63 hours more than in Turkish Education System in ?Fen Bilgileri Alanı?. As a result, it is understood that in Azerbaijan Education System especially the independence of the Soviet Russia target programs are stil effective.
