Today, firms have to make very good planning for efficient, effective, productive production and redoubling profitability at competitive global market. It will be possible to use their limited sources at the best ways if firms analysis environment and their properties properly. Turkey is in golden age at ship building and it is expected that this will continue about 5 years. Nowadays our shipyards are building ships for all over the world and trying to increase the interest at the market. Such an important investment it?s clear that you have to analysis alternatives perfectly. At literature and practice the Analytic Network Process is proved itself so is decided to use. With ANP, lots of factors can be assessed to determine these factors? relationships. ANP is an improved version of AHP, and in ANP all factors can be assessed if there is a relationship between. In this study, Fuzzy Logic is used to help ANP. The reason for using Fuzzy Logic is its success at discovering more realistic results. At application, Super Decisions program is used to make crossover relations in web at ANP. For comparisons Microsoft EXCEL® is used. As a consequent of application results are discussed with experts and understood that they are correct. And this is support validity of results of used process, taken datas and network has been made.
