Abstract (EN)
Turkey, formerly the nursing profession nursing, midwifery is defined. Nursing profession evolved over time, the meaning of a professional, first described by School Nurse School Nurse with the Red Crescent. The nursing profession, and this occupational group in Turkey find a place in a prestigious development, contributing to educational institutions and the Turkish Nurses, throughout the history of the Republic, supported the phases of their profession.Turkey and in the world history of the nursing profession, as a profession and professional development of educational processes were investigated in this study. Vocational training, high school level and bring out of the society, as well as changes in nurses' perspectives of their profession, professional association, the number of members of the associations and the increase in the number of nurses, press and media tools for the expansion of the profession, the nursing profession has been a positive development.Keywords: Nurse, Nursing Profession, Turkey, World, Education
