Abstract (EN)

With the start of accession talks in 2005, Turkey-EU relations have moved to a higher level. Since then, many changes and developments regarding daily life have been seen with the arrangements adopted in line with the EU. With the EU membership, there will be many significant advantages that will create economic and social impacts. Some difficulties of the working life in Turkey are serious economic and social-related problems. These problems in working life are considered as one of the major challenges to overcome in Turkey. In order to provide solutions to these problems, an important role has been given to job and profession counsultants who will work actively in the field. It is the activity of providing consultancy services to job seekers, employers and students on the line of employment. In addition, within the scope of these activities, the demands of the students, job seekers to find jobs, resolving the vocational adaptation problems, the ones who want to change their profession, the employers' information about the legislation and the demands of the employers in the issues related to the labor market are covered by this system. Thus, it is planned to eliminate most of the problems in business life. The aim of this study is the investigation of job and profession counsultants system in Turkey; supplying services to the citizens in the job search process provided by active counselors, also providing the employers consultancy services on industrial relations and labour relations In this scope 450 employer (those registered to Turkish Employment Organization) and 450 jobseeker (who had already applied to Turkish Employement Organization) participated in this satisfaction survey. In terms of satisfaction, the feedbacks are positive for the parameters (Trust, Reliablity, Empathy, Readiness, Sufficiency)– except tangible features
