Administrative - organizational structure and problems of Turkish public hospitals (Pamukkale Üni̇versi̇tesi̇ Health, Research and Appli̇cati̇on Center)

A long with developing and changing living conditions, have increased the importance of management and organization in the institutions. Because it has a complex and dynamic structure of hospitals, management-organizational structure according too the rinstitutions is more complex. To do this, many problems may occur. Hospitals is one of the institution sessential for human life. Theaim of this study is, "manageri a land organization alstructure of the Turkish Public and investigate the problems. Study methods and historians consequently sourcing techniques utilized. Pamukkale University Health Research and Application Center (PAÜSAUM) for the identification of managerial, organizational issue 42-question survey application is determined. Survey application reliability coefficient 0.844 respectively. The analysis of the survey study applied to the 90 people utilized SPSS program. Research management and organization structure of this institution as a result of problems it can be said that they are enough administrators in General. Management and issues that can occur in the Organization, by creating a good communications network can prevent or solve possible problems may be easily.
