By the public social welfare in Turkey:Ccensored regression analysis

Briefly, the consept of social assistance which is defined the support given as cash or goods to persons who cannot manage to himself and to his dependents even minimum level because of unavoidably reasons has a growing importance in all world from the past to the present. Countries aims to improve the level of welfare of social and economic by implementing more corporate structure its working more regularly and more effectively. This study consists of three parts. In the first part contains consept of social assistance and basic characteristics of social assistance. In addition, is explained the implementation of social assistance in Turkey and also policies of social assistance of the other countries. In the second part are given theoretical information about the truncated dependent variable model, censored dependent variable (Tobit) model and the probit model. In the third part is investigated an general result for social assistance with the help of these models as numerically.
