The effect of globalization and innovation orientation on the firm performance in Turkey

The most important value driver of today's Global Business Administration is the rapid change factor. It is impossible to tell that the technology is unaffected in any situation of this century. The increase of the speed of the communication and the increase of the importance of the computers in our daily life pushes the businesses to be compatible with the technology. Especially in the last years the speed of change has been increased with the effect of the technology. The organizations should see the differences according to value drivers before and watch them, also be well coordinated with the change to continue their existence. This survey contains a questionnaire which includes 27 questions. 154 questionnaires have been evaluated and they have been surveyed with SPSS 17 software, then the effectualness and reliabilities of them have been checked by factor analyze, correlation analyze and regression analyze. Consequently, this survey which is prepared to research the perspective of Turkish managers to the technological change and its results are meaningful for the managers and academicians. The given importance to the globalization in the organizations is not enough and it does not seen as a factor which increases the performance. When the globalization surveyed it would help the managers to have many important result but if the globalization and technology basement would be surveyed together, only globalization subject would pale beside.
