Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is tried to determine the vegetation variation of Turkey between 1998?2002.In the study, views belonging to Turkey, taken from NOAAAVHRR are examined by using ERDAS software packet program. NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) method is applied over the satellite views. Later, unsupervised classification method is applied to the views and 4 types of general covering classes are determined. In this study variation of vegetation class is obtained.
