Motivation of health and health workers in Turkey

Today, the management of health services needs professionalized staff. The organization of work should be should be monitored by managers to improve the performance and efficiency. In a complex organizational structure of health organizations, numerous factors motivate people in a different way. This theory was developed to put out the best way to motivate people. Motivation of health employees in Turkey is analyzed in this study. The review of the literature was conducted to understand the impact of health worker motivation. The relationship between the instant-trait anxiety and motivation was also investigated in the study.
