Abstract (EN)
Taxes have the largest proportion of the public revenue. Using taxes in financing the public service fulfill its primary fiscal purpose. The government holds sovereign power to intervene the economy in order to reach targeted development economic system. This intervention can only be achieved through efficient and efficient tax policies. As in any security fields taking all necessary precautions in a field of economic security for countires become more important along with commercial innovations in the world. In this context, taxation policies are used as an effective instrument to provide economic security. In this study, the factors that affecting economic security in the World and Turkey, as well as the importance of the tax policies that were implemented in the Turkish tax system, are examined. This study gives suggestions about tax policies to have more secure economic sturcture in Turkey.
