Özet (EN)

In this work named `Management of judgement in Turkey and HSYK? management of judicial system in our Turkey is analysed. During this analysis, division of powers principle, principles including management of judgement and international judgement ethic have been considered. Management of judgement has been explained accordin to the constitutional charter considering the judicial independence.Management of judgement, regulated in the main laws of republic, has been considered with its changes. Especially in the constitutional charters of 1961 and 1982 a seperate judgement board was established and it has been emphasized that as the time passes innovation is a need and it is compulsory. Recently with the 2010 changes in 1982 constitutional charter, management of judgement has seen a fundamental transformation, criticism and some deficiency was tried to be make beter.In this work changes has been evaluated bycomparing the recent and former situations and the tables including the recent situation. Although the changes are quite radical, it is not definite that has been an independent board. But it has been emphasized that these changes are very prosperous for judicial independence. In addition to this, in the conclusion part main changes that must be in the management of judgement has been considered and solutions have been looked for.
