Abstract (EN)
In this study, after revealing how the health system and health services were in the Syrian Arab Republic before the war and 10 years after the war, the health services provided to Syrians in Turkey, where a significant majority of the displaced Syrians of approximately 3.6 million took shelter, were examined. In this context, the health services offered to Syrians and the health policy implemented by Turkey were problematized. With this study, it has been revealed how the health policies for asylum seekers developed and changed in Turkey. In addition, the SIHHAT Project, which is presented as a solution to the health problems experienced by Syrians, has been systematically examined and evaluated in line with the process model used in public policy analysis
