Abstract (EN)

Tricholoma (Fr) Staude is a macrofungus that classified in the Tricholomataceae family which has economic and medicinal values. Taxonomic and evolutionary relationships of 16 species and 4 undetermined samples were tried to study by using macroscopic (pileus, stipe and lamellae), microscopic (spores, basidium, basidol and marginal cells) and molecular characters. The phylogenetic relationships of Tricholoma species collected from different regions of Turkey were determined by performing multiple sequence analysis of two different nuclear DNA regions [ITS (Internal Transcribed spacer), LSU (Large subunit)]. Evolutionary relationships among species were evaluated by using phylogenetic trees and investigated whether they support the species identifications which were done based on morphological characters. ITS was the region carrying more variations and having more discrimination value. At the end of study, it was observed that all identified and analyzed samples were found into four sections (Genuina, Caligata, Tricholoma and Terrea) of Tricholoma subgenus. Tricholoma sp. T.184 and Tricholoma sp. T.685 samples in the sect. Genuina, T. sp. T.17 and T. sp. T.718 samples in the sect. Terrea could be inferred as new species for the world mycota based on macroscopic, microscopic and molecular data set.
