Abstract (EN)
In this study, effects of some of the common used fungicides (Copper hydroxide, Difenoconazole+Propicanozole, Iprodione, Mancozeb, Metiram and Propineb) and foliar fertilizers (Zinc, Phosphor, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium and Urea) has been examined against phyllosphere microorganisms on citrus at short and long term. On the leave isolations, mostly Cryptococcus spp. and Sporobolomyces spp., smaller amount Cladosporium spp. and Aureobasidium spp. have been obtained. The population, began to decline at six days after all fungicides applied. Mancozeb and Copper hydroxide have the greatest impact on mycoflora. During the period that these fungicide application, fungal population have decreased by about 50-fold. Effects of this fungicides continued to 6 months after application. Diphenocanozole+Propicanozole and Iprodione have no significant effect on fungal population. Effect of Metiram and Propineb disappeared at 2 months after the end of applications. Although foliar fertilizers initially have a negative impact on fungal population, mycoflora have been increased by repeated applications. Especially zinc and phosphor foliar fertilizers have significantly increased to Sporobolomyces spp.
