Abstract (EN)
The pepper plants under salt stress, different doses of potassium (K+) by applying in this study in order to understand how to recover from the stress of plants, Demre long pepper is used as a material. The study was carried out in a controlled 16/8 hour light / dark photoperiod, at 25 ° C and 70% humid climate. After planting seeds in the pumice germinate, 2 true leaf-forming seedlings were taken from the hydroponic culture. It was calculated as 136 ppm (K) in the present Hoagland solution and was used as this control. Other doses were applied as K1 = 116 ppm, K2 = 136 ppm, K3 = 156 ppm, K4 = 176 ppm. In addition, 100 mM NaCl salt was applied to the plants. Sampling for the measurements and analyzes was carried out on the 20th day of the salt application. In these examples, the number of leaves from some basic growth parameters, leaf weight, root weight, body weight, plant height and node spacing distance, Some of the biochemical parameters such as chlorophyll, MDA (Malondialdehyde), sodium (Na+), Potassium (K+), Calcium (Ca+2), chloride (Cl-),iron (Fe+2), zinc (Zn+2), copper (Cu+2), manganese (Mn+) and magnesium (Mg+) beside the content Antioxidative enzyme activities Catalase (CAT), Ascorbate Peroxidase (APX) and Superoxide dismutase (SOD) have been identified. In the results obtained, K doses of K3 = 156 ppm and K4 = 176 ppm were planted is effective in reducing the harmful effect of the salt, ion uptake and transport that provide stability, dereased amounts of MDA in plants and increase in chlorophyll levels compared to control. In addition, since the plants to which these doses are administered are relieved from the negative effect of salt stress Antioxidant enzyme activities were found to be very low compared to other doses of control and K+.
