Özet (EN)

The inverters convert the DC voltage at their inputs to AC voltage. Control methods have been developed to achieve this transformation. The most important of these methods are Pulse Width Modulation methods. Pulse width modulation methods are used to regulate the output voltage and frequency of inverters. Inverters are widely used in motor control applications, uninterruptible power supplies and renewable energy sources. Pulse Width One of the modulation methods, the Space vector PWM method is widely used in the control of inverters because it has a low harmonic content and can be applied digitally. The output frequency of the Space Vector PWM signals produced by conventional microprocessors is different from the desired frequency and shifts can occur. These shifts result from the serial processing structures of conventional microprocessors. This causes many problems, such as unwanted harmonics. Therefore, in our study, FPGA was preferred instead of conventional microprocessors. Parallel processing can be done with FPGA, the design used can be tested and if desired, the processor system can be embedded and programmed in the field. Also the program designed with FPGA can be simulated in computer. In this thesis, Space Vector PWM signals are generated by using reference network voltage and FPGA is used instead of conventional microprocessors. Space Vector PWM signals are generated with special blocks for Xilinx FPGAs provided by MATLAB / Simulink simulation program and System Generator. In this inverter model, the model created in FPGA is simulated. In addition, this model was cosimulated with BASYS3 FPGA test card and as a result simulation and cosimulation data were observed.
