Abstract (EN)

This thesis work; transportation sector rail 1.Regional Office serving the different parts and levels in Haydarpaşa employees which modern leadership styles (approaches) put forth what levels and demographic features in order to find out if there is a significant relationship between. In this context, the first part is contained in the literature on leadership and leadership definitions, historically, from the past to the present leadership approaches, leadership power sources and theories of modern leadership approach has been mentioned in the second part of our overall transport sector and systems, historical development of the railways in the World, focused on its strengths and drawbacks of railways. Historical development of the railways in Turkey and TCDD examined organizational structure, change processes, training programs, existing infrastructure, equipment and staff are given information about their situations.
