This study, carried out in 1949 in China as a result of occupation in East Turkistan Uighur minority in Turkey falling to the East Turkestan is analyzing the situation in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. After the invasion of China, some Uighur Turks emigrated from East Turkestan in order to continue their culture, beliefs and language freely. The resulting migration movements caused many Uighur Turks to go to different countries. This Calas on Kyrgyzstan in particular, focused on Uighur minorities in Turkey and East Turkestan. The Uighurs living in East Turkestan live under very severe conditions. Today, the occupation and oppression of the Chinese administration on the Uighurs in East Turkestan is still continuing and different methods are being applied to eradicate the Turkish-Islamic existence. East Turkestan is an integral part of the Turkish-Islamic world with its physical geography, historical background, ethnic structure, cultural values and religious beliefs in terms of geopolitical and geostrategic aspects. It is an important point in the Eurasian continent when the sea routes were not discovered in history. The East Turkestan region, which undertook the task of connecting Asia and Europe via the Silk Road, served as a bridge. In this study, firstly the history of Uighur Turks, their geography, the states they established and the republics are explained. Afterwards, various documents were examined chronologically in the context of international minority rights by introducing the concept and promotion of minority. Uyghur Turks who have been subjected to various rights violations in East Turkestan have been examined in detail. Finally, the state has tried to reveal today Uighur minority who migrated to Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
