Intermediary role of perceived transformational leadership within the scope of cultural difference effects on job performances in international corporations

Cultural differences in the global economy show itself in almost every field. Employees of international companies operating in different countries and markets also come together by representing different geographies and unite around a common goal. Leadership is one of the concepts that is important today. Because, for organizations, behaviors that the leader shows as well as the characteristics that must be found in the leader have an important influence on the organization's development and productivity. In today's world; it has become almost impossible for leaders to know all the necessary information about the duties of the organization because of the rapid progress of technology and the rapid dissemination of information. In particular, it is expected that the leaders of the revolutionary, which is indispensable for the change periods, will live in a common culture of work of different cultures and positively reflect on the performance of this process. In this context, the relevant thesis study will consider the role of the intermediary role of the transformational leaders in reflecting the cultural differences in the international performance to the working performance.
