Abstract (EN)
The subject of my study consists of the general stores, the installation and processing mechanisms of the general stores and the content, turnover, statute of limitations and nonconformity of receipts and warrants from commodity bills. Retailing common factors in the emergence of the world, made preparations to the topic of the historical process in Turkey and continue creating public stores have tried to explain the theoretical background. In the second part, the commodity bills issued by the public stores against the deposited goods are explained. Commodity bills have been examined comparatively with the terms of the Act, the terms sought by the Law and the references made to the bills of exchange and the statute of limitations. Apart from foreign exchange bills, the issue of contradiction and crime in commodity bills whose issuance is under the permission and control of the State has been examined. In the content of the study, what is encountered in the doctrine and concrete incidents are examined and the positive effects that can be provided on the general stores and commodity bills of the facilities that should be provided in today's trade are compiled.
