Abstract (EN)

Human beings, who have struggled with many epidemics throughout history, have recently faced COVID-19, which emerged in Wuhan, China in 2019. The World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic in March 2020 due to the rapid spread of the virus all over the world. With the discovery of the vaccine, which is the most important way out of the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccination activities have started all over the world. Vaccine hesitancy has increased with COVID-19, although it has been an ongoing situation since vaccines were first found. Among the most common causes of vaccine hesitancy are our fear of the vaccine's side effects, not trusting the content of the vaccine, and not having access to sufficient information on vaccines. Within the scope of this study, academic and administrative staff working at Tekirdag Namik Kemal University were taken as an example. The factors affecting the hesitancy of the university's academic and administrative staff toward the COVID-19 vaccine were examined.
