Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between social media use, social view anxiety and ADHD with academic procrastination in university students. The research was prepared according to the relational screening model. The population of the study consists of Beykent University students in Istanbul. The sample of the study consists of university students who studying in Beykent University, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students. In this study, "Personal Information Form", "Social Media Use", "Social View Anxiety Scale", "ADHD Self-Reporting Scale" and "Academic Procrastination" Behavior Scale were employed to obtain study data. According to the results of the study, it was found that the mean score of social view anxiety differed significantly according to gender. A statistically significant difference was observed between those who the social media use score of students with low social view anxiety level, social media use score of the participants with medium social view anxiety level and those who social media use score of the participants with high social view anxiety level.
