Özet (EN)
The psychological well-being of university students plays an essential role in their academic success and overall health. This study delves into the application, necessity, potential benefits, generalized implementation, and importance of mobile health applications specifically designed for the evaluation and improvement of university students' mental health. Highlighting the challenges faced by university students, including academic pressure, social stress, and sleep deprivation, the research emphasizes the immediacy and affordability of mobile applications as a vital solution. Customized applications for students have proven more effective in catering to their specific issues as compared to general health applications. Especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of these applications has further escalated. However, the study also identifies potential obstacles such as the protection of personal data and security, underscoring the necessity for developers and healthcare providers to take appropriate measures. The promising integration of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies could further enhance the effectiveness and user-friendliness of these applications. Conclusively, this research accentuates that mobile applications are an invaluable tool in assessing and supporting the psychological well-being of university students, while simultaneously emphasizing the continuing requirement for diligent research, development, and comparison with previous application studies, ensuring their efficacy, security, and ease of use.
