The reasons of the communication problems university students come across in the class

The aim of this investigation is to define the reasons of the communication problems which Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University students come across in the class.The developed questionnaire is given to total 1920 students in each faculty, academy and profession faculty and also given to 130 students in the Main Branch of Science of Elementary School Teaching. After collecting the data, frequncy, percent, age values, scores, t-test, the analysis of one way variance were analysed by the help of SPSS for MS Windows packet program. According to the results of this study;According to guinea pigs in faculty; family, the physical structure of the class, instructors, the circle of friends and perception of ego are effective in causing communication problems.According to the students in Faculty/ Academy/ Profession Faculty; family, physical structure of the class, investigators in university, the circle of friends and the factors of ego perception are the reasons of communication problems.To the gender of the students in the Main Branch of Science of Elementary School Teaching; `family and the circle of friends? factors are effective in causing communication problems.According to the class level of the students in the Main Branch of Science of Elementary School Teaching; the factor of `circle of friends? is effective in causing communication problems.Key Words: Communication, Communication problem, Communication problem scale.
