Relationship between university and industry; effects on academic freedom and self-administration (outonomy)

Relationship between üniversity and industry had not been well researched topic in Turkey untill last few years. But, this topic gave a start to be discuss in many platform with being more and more important day by day. This research came out with thinking of development period of relations between üniversity and industry to make a add all this dicussion and give new perspective to all persons who are interesting with this topic.There is an important gap in literature in connection with our research base. The gab in literature will try to be up in conjunction with this research. The research topic actually is eagerly anticipated subject for the near future of Turkey?s transformation. There are two strong mark of transformation about higher education of Turkey in recent years: First one is; to pick up speed of privatization, second one is; to offenly give voice to local administration services. In connection with research base; the dynamics which have directly effect on academic freedom and self-administration (outonomy) will be searched and they will try to be pivoted on a new theoretical frame.Aim of this research;?To determine, what kind of effects will come on the scene on academic freedom and self-administration (autonomy) with relationship between üniversity and industry.?To analyse, which machineries are actively to be using in this process.?To confirm problems in light of different approachs in connection of relationship.?To stress on, how industry get under control the universities.?To explain, what kind of warning has to be taken from the steps which are taken within the context of relationship.We will use the search of literature, although to be a barrier front of to make a form of subjuctive approach. The literature is not improved enough, consequently the topic will be approached with knowledge and existing literature.
