Abstract (EN)
None of the rulers in history could do state works by themselves, on the contrary they always needed some assistants. Also, Turkish history was full of its examples. Especially, the name of one of those examples came in the very first order: "Tonyuquq". The great statesman who was the chief assistant of Kutluq Kagan, the founder of the Gokturk State II. and of his followers Kapgan Kagan and Bilge Kagan got a real reputation with his assistances upon the Gokturk State organization, with his accomplishments in military area and sometimes with his facing the decisions of kagans. Tonyuquq had a very special place on every Turkish person's heart.
