Legal responsibility of assisted-reproduction treatment centers

People who are not able to have or don't want to have a baby with natural way apply to the assisted-reproduction treatments frequently. Surely, as these treatments are evaluated as medical intervention, it has become compulsory to create a legal framework for the fundamentals of these treatmets and to impose some legal rules. As a consequence, Regulation for Assisted Reproduction Treatments and Asssited Reproduction Treatment Centers have made in 2014. This Regulation creates a general framework for the rules that must be attended while these treatments are applied. At this work in the first chapter, the concept of assisted reproduciton treatments and problems of paternity derive from these treatments will be examined under the rules of the Regulation. In the second chapter, legal responsibility of the assisted reproduction centers comes from the breach of rules of health law and relevant codes. In the third chapter, information will be given about the compensation obligation derives from the legal responsibility.
