Abstract (EN)

Enterprises require production planning software programs for short, medium, and long-term planning. Research indicates that production planning software greatly assists enterprises in areas such as time management, labor efficiency, production optimization, overtime management, and inventory control. Considering these factors, evaluating production planning software for enterprises emerges as a critical decision-making problem. This study aims to evaluate a company's production planning software. Recognizing that this process can involve multiple criteria and is inherently fuzzy without definitive judgments, Pythagorean Fuzzy AHP is utilized for calculating criteria weights, while Pythagorean Fuzzy WASPAS methods are employed for evaluating alternatives based on criteria. Compatibility for the work, cost, accessibility, artificial intelligence, system reliability, and future adaptability criteria have been determined, and four different production planning software alternatives have been selected. The evaluation is conducted with input from 4 expert decision-makers. The research results highlight compatibility as the most important criterion for production planning software for a company, leading to the selection of alternative 2 as the most suitable production planning software program. Sensitivity analysis is performed to test the validity of the research results, demonstrating a high level of validity from the analyzed data.
